You will usually know before you leave. If it changes on the way, the app moves you to the next one that works, on the same route.
Can I charge in my apartment basement?
If your building is on Kurrent, yes. If it is not, send us the address and we will talk to your society.
How much does a full charge cost?
It depends on the location, but you will see the price in rupees before you plug in, not after.
