What happens if I get there and the charger is taken?
You will usually know before you leave. If it changes on the way, the app moves you to the next one that works.
How do I know a charger is actually working?
Every charger we list is checked, and the app shows live status. If one goes down you see it before you drive there, not after.
Can I charge in my apartment basement?
If your building is on Kurrent, yes. If it is not, send us the address and we will talk to your society.
How long will a charge take?
You see the estimate before you commit to the stop. For a typical top-up on the way to Mysuru, about forty minutes.
Do I need to book a slot?
No. Turn up, plug in, and start the session from the app.

How much does a full charge cost?
It depends on the location, but you see the price in rupees before you plug in, not after.
How do I pay?
UPI, card or wallet. Start the charge from the app and walk away.
Is charging at home cheaper than charging on the road?

Why do people talk about charging to 80 percent?
Batteries take the last stretch more slowly, so the final twenty percent costs you time. There is a guide on the 20 to 80 rule if you want the detail.
What if something goes wrong mid-charge?
Stop the session from the app. If the charger was at fault, you are not billed for a session that did not deliver.
